Guidelines – Poster Presentation

• Authors must provide the poster either in color or black & white.
• Size of the poster is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.).
• Posters will be on display in the conference room.
• Poster must be set up at the slot designated before the commencement of the ceremony.
• Poster must be removed at the end of the ceremony.
• Author or co-authors must be available for discussions or queries.
